As we returned to the office after nearly 2 years of remote work, we wanted to bring our tech teams together in a meaningful and innovative way.

THE BRIEF:
Create and brand a tech-focused conference powered by our desire to celebrate, retain, and connect Carvana's world-class technology talent.

THE SOLUTION:
I created a concept that was all about self expression and camaraderie; each sticker included a phrase or symbol that resonated with our audience to increase excitement about the big return. We wanted the event to feel bright, bold, unique, and premium at every turn. We even had the chance to showcase our sticker designs on a wide range of collateral pieces: hotel keys, lanyards, swag, and more.
